Electrical Design

RJA is pleased to have recently completed a range of works at the Chapelton housing development near Aberdeen.

We were tasked by the developer to provide full electrical design and installation for 21 new-build houses. We also installed Greenwood central extraction ventilation units in all houses. This keeps homes fresh by extracting air from rooms through a centrally mounted extraction unit installed in a cupboard or loft. It provides a low-energy and efficient way of ventilating a building keeping each room fresh and airy.

The project was completed on-time and on-budget and the 21 houses are now occupied with their new happy owners.
